The Equip Course is designed to give men and women the theological and practical tools to lead in the local church, within the context of the relationships and values of our Regions Beyond family. It is aimed at all those currently in or preparing to be in leadership roles within a Regions Beyond church.

The course builds a theological framework for why the church does what it does. Alongside this, space is given for discussion and learning as to how the church can fulfil its mission in our differing contexts. Equip is suitable for elders, deacons, ministry leaders, interns and anyone with a passion both to grow in their own theological understanding and for the health of Jesus’ church.
